KEY EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of and experience in the Real Estate / Property sector. Knowledge of the Cost Management / Quantity Surveying profession. Basic experience in the measurement and quantification of building works and Bills of Quantities. Professional approach and confident in your ability to add value to our team. Ability to work with others and accept instruction in a team environment. Willingness to listen and learn and develop your skills. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Measurement of building works. Taking personal responsibility for work produced. Assisting the team to ensure accurate and timely production of information and reports. Interfacing with team members in a professional manner.
