Prepare and review BOQs, cost sheets, and pricing proposals.Analyze client specifications, drawings, and project documents. Source and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors for best pricing. Collaborate with Business Development, Procurement, Finance, and Project Managers. Conduct competitor pricing and market analysis. Ensure timely, accurate submission of bids and proposals. Support continuous improvement of pricing and costing processes.
