Job Title: Business Development Manager - Interiors Turnkey CompanyLocations: Dubai & Abu Dhabi, UAEImmediate Hiring: YesSalary Range: AED 15,000 - 18,000Nationality: AnyIndustry Experience: Must have recent experience in Interior Turnkey Fitout CompaniesJob Description:We are urgently seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Interiors Turnkey Company in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in the Interiors and Fit-out industry, with a focus on securing commercial projects such as offices, retails, banks, and restaurants.Key Responsibilities:Identify potential clients and decision-makers within client organizations.Follow up on new and existing business opportunities, setting up meetings, and delivering successful presentations.Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.Prequalify and register the company with leading real estate agencies, developers, and leasing agents.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in accordance with the business plan.Negotiate and close commercial agreements.Communicate clearly and work with the team to develop proposals and requirements for the client.Manage client expectations through liaison with internal departments, keeping clients updated on project developments, and building sustainable long-term business relationships.Coordinate and follow up with teammates to meet agreed time-frames.Liaise with Project Managers to ensure all necessary steps are being taken to secure payments.Follow up on receivables of own project sales.
