· Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded in QuickBooks.
· Handle all aspects of petty cash, including disbursements and reconciliations.
· Manage and process customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
· Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
· Prepare financial reports and statements.
· Prepare Payroll
· Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial procedures.
· Provide support during internal and external audits.
· Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the smooth operation of all accounting tasks.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
