Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, depreciation and pre-payments.
* Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
* Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
* Ensure compliance with tax regulations, VAT reporting, and other financial obligations.
* Process and record transactions related to gold, silver, and other precious metals.
* Handle inventory valuation and cost accounting for precious metals.
* Assist with audits and coordinate with external auditors when required.
* Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
* Collaborate with traders and operations teams to track market movements and financial impacts.
* Generate financial reports for management to support decision-making.
* Knowledgeable in Neo Financial.
