Key Responsibilities:* Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, depreciation and pre-payments.* Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.* Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.* Ensure compliance with tax regulations, VAT reporting, and other financial obligations.* Process and record transactions related to gold, silver, and other precious metals.* Handle inventory valuation and cost accounting for precious metals.* Assist with audits and coordinate with external auditors when required.* Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.* Collaborate with traders and operations teams to track market movements and financial impacts.* Generate financial reports for management to support decision-making.* Knowledgeable in Neo Financial.
