· Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
· Recording Journal Entries and Preparation of schedules for provision and accrual. Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
· Maintain records of all transactions and operations in accordance with university’s policies and procedures.
· Maintenance of books of accounts and preparation of Balance sheets, and Cash Flow statements.
· Process and reconcile various financial transactions, such as invoices, receipts, payments, and bank statements.
· Inward and Outward Banking transactions and reconciliations. Verification of payment requests.
· Working with the management team to ensure accurate allocation of costs. Liaising with other departments and business units on a range of issues.
· Support the Finance and Accounting head with the production and presentation of Quarterly Business Reviews.
· Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
