· Manage the recruitment and selection process.
· Ensure all HR policies are applied consistently and in compliance with UAE labor law.
· Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
· Collaborations with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings to build a talented workforce.
· Oversee and manage a compensation packages and incentive programs that drives high performance through Task Management.
· Responsible for proper documentation of employee files and retrieving them as needed.
· Prepare and process all types of employee relations documents, including promotions, transfers, contract renewal, and salary adjustments in compliance with approved guidelines and policies.
· Ensure all related deadlines such as health insurance renewal, Visa renewal, etc. are tracked and renewed in time.
· Resolve employee queries and ensure optimal employee relations and conditions.
· Handle employee relations issues such as disputes, performance issues, and grievances.
Job requirements
· Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English and Russian.
· At least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
· At least 3 years of working experience as HR Manager or similar.
· Knowledgeable of the UAE labor law.
· In-depth knowledge of HR best practices.
· Has a great attention to detail and takes pride in delivering high quality work.
· Good computer skills including Microsoft Office.
· People-oriented and results-driven.
· The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
· Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
