We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & HR Executive to manage financial transactions and human resource operations efficiently. If you have a strong background in accounting, payroll, and HR processes, along with excellent organizational skills, we’d love to have you on board!
Responsibilities:
Accounts & Finance:
- Maintain financial records, invoices, and expense reports with accuracy.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and petty cash management.
- Process monthly payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting & forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with VAT regulations, tax filings, and financial audits.
Human Resources:
- Manage employee records, contracts, and visa processing.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures.
- Oversee attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee well-being and workplace culture.
- Coordinate with PRO for visa and labor law compliance.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts & HR roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho).
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent skills in MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
