Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Emirati HR Administration Assistant to support our Human Resources team. This role will play a vital part in ensuring smooth HR operations and administrative processes, contributing to an engaging and efficient workplace for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations Support:Assist in the preparation and processing of HR documentation, including employment contracts, onboarding, and termination paperwork.
   Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both electronically and physically.
   
2. Recruitment Coordination:Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and coordinating assessments.
   Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
   
3. Employee Relations:Act as a point of contact for basic HR queries and provide guidance to employees on company policies and procedures.
   Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
   
4. Administration and Compliance:Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
   Prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics and activities.
   Coordinate with government authorities for processes such as visa applications, renewals, and Emiratization targets.
