Secretary position
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the management team.
Handle confidential correspondence with utmost discretion.
Prepare, manage, and organize real estate documents, contracts, and reports.
Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel schedules.
Assist in maintaining records of property listings, transactions, and client databases.
Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and team members.
Support office operations to ensure smooth workflows.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in the real estate industry.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and a high level of discretion.
Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market is an advantage.
