Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Admin Cum Receptionist to join our team in the fast-paced real estate industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience in administrative roles, with a solid understanding of the real estate market in Dubai. The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and callers professionally and kindly.
Direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or staff.
Manage the office phone line, emails, and correspondences.
Administrative Support:
Handle office supplies and maintain inventory.
Assist with scheduling and calendar management for the management team.
Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and appointments.
Real Estate Market Support:
Stay current with the latest trends in the Dubai real estate market.
Assist in preparing real estate listings, contracts, and client presentations.
Provide administrative support to real estate agents and managers in property transactions.
Maintain and update client databases and property records.
Office Management:
Ensure smooth office operations and support team members as required.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning.
