We are currently seeking Business Development Manager – Leasing & Property Management with experience in the same industry in Dubai.
The ideal candidate shall have a history successful bulk deals and profitable contracts and a strong network of developers, bulk properties and buildings for leasing and property management business that includes a database of loyal customers.
· Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and enrollment of corporate and individual clients for leasing and property management.
· Perform tie-ups with owners of investment properties such as apartments, condominium complexes, private home communities, shopping centers, commercial buildings/ Units, and industrial parks and design, and finalize proposals/ contracts for Radiant Roots Realty to be their exclusive leasing and property management partner.
· Perform competitive analysis and positioning for Radiant Roots Realty to benchmark the brand in the leasing and property management industry as per the targeted geographical coverage.
· Organize, direct, and manage the Leasing and Property Management activities to achieve agreed revenue targets within budgeted costs.
· Develop and implement Business Development strategies for leasing and property management procedures, finalize contracts, and report to the Director of Sales.
· Make all efforts to keep up to date with the market trends, upcoming property developments, and average prices of various freehold areas and maintain appropriate records of the same.
· Ensure that the composition of the team is optimized and that all leasing & property management members are performing at peak.
· Represent the leasing & Property Management function’s views and needs in the ongoing development of overall company policy and contribute in the preparation of the annual departmental budget and marketing plan.
· Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers to facilitate business and address any customer complaints.
· Review the collections situation to ensure collections are made as per plan and take corrective measures in case of delays.
· Establish and maintain a comprehensive reporting system for all deals closed and to ensure that frequent and accurate reports are made to the Director of Sales.
· Responsible for managing the in-house or outsourced property management team to perform their day-to-day visits, inspections, repairs, ongoing maintenance, security, and upkeep of properties.
· Advertise properties available for rentals on Dubizzle, Property Finder, and Bayut and tracking and qualify leads on the same.
· Attending property viewings, onsite meetings, and meeting customers at their convenience to close deals and finalize contracts.
