- Should have hands on experience in Microsoft Office 365 product installations and implementation of security policies for Organization assets
- Configuration experience of Microsoft Intune and Entra ID
- Should have hands on experience in Network configurations to connect computers with switches/routers/hub.
- Biometric and CCTV configuration experience.
- Should have experience in installation of Windows Operating system, software installations
- Should have knowledge on Firewall configurations
- Should be able to proactively identify security threats and take action to prevent any vulnerabilities
- Should have experience on user profile creation
- Should be self-driven and Go getter to own the tasks and complete ASAP within timelines
- Good communication skills. Able to prioritize activities and capable of Multi-tasking
- Clear to understand the Network architecture
- Good at atleast one Database to run basic scripts, queries and stored procedures
- Quick learner to grasp about new products and implement to optimise operations
- Manage inventory of software and hardware resources like computers, cloud networks and track upto date.
- Proactively come up with process / system improvement to improve operation efficiency
- MS Azure, VM Ware Cloud configuration with back-up and restore/recovery experience
- CI/CD Pipeline automation - implementation knowledge will be added advantage
- Knowledge of any programming language like Python/Java will be added advantage
