✅ Prepare authentic Arabic dishes such as Kabsa, Mandi, Harees, Shawarma, Mezze, and Grilled Meats.
✅ Ensure high-quality taste, consistency, and presentation of all dishes.
✅ Use traditional Arabic spices and cooking techniques for an authentic flavor.
✅ Follow recipe standards while also introducing new Arabic dishes when required.
✅ Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
✅ Ensure food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP guidelines) are strictly followed.
✅ Properly store and handle all food ingredients to maintain freshness and quality.
✅ Monitor ingredient stock levels and inform the purchasing team when supplies are needed.
✅ Minimize food waste by efficiently managing kitchen inventory.
✅ Work closely with the kitchen staff, waiters, and management for smooth operations.
✅ Train and guide junior kitchen staff in Arabic cooking techniques.
✅ Follow the instructions of the Head Chef/Kitchen Manager and contribute to menu development.
✅ Ensure dishes are prepared on time while maintaining quality and authenticity.
✅ Adapt to customer preferences and special dietary requests when needed.
