1. Responsible for achieving sales and collection targets in the given territory.
2. To expand the network in the territory and also to penetrate new markets.
3. To constantly assess the competitors activities and to recommend suitable measures to counter.
4. To design and implement innovative promotional schemes as may be required by each market.
5. To organize necessary training programs for dealer salesmen and Company’s Showroom Incharge to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
6. To attend to all issues concerning dealers/customers and to ensure smooth business transactions.
7. Foster and develop relationships with dealers / hospitality customers.
8. Manage Dealers, Distributor segment and Hospitality clients.
9. Reviewing dealer performance & company showroom-wise performance on a monthly basis and to provide feedback with an objective to improve business.
10. To ensure that each of the Company showrooms deliver maximum thru’ put every month and that the operation is viable.
11. To closely monitor the progress of all projects in order to secure business.
12. Monitor the functioning of the Sales Executives and Showrooms IN charge on a regular basis and to appraise their performance.
13. To assess the manpower requirement and to recruit executives in consultation/co-ordination with the Management.
