Work closely with Marketing Director and Digital Marketing Manager to develop marketing strategy and plan for CPG’s portfolio to drive business growth and meet business goals with a focus on offline marketing and PR initiatives.
Determine marketing priorities and develop relevant measurement metrics based on business goals and objectives.
Plan and implement marketing campaigns for promotions, product launches and new shop openings with a focus on offline marketing initiatives that are aligned and integrated with the digital marketing initiatives.
Plan, lead and implement PR strategy including influencer marketing for CPG and CPG portfolio.
Build, maintain and manage key Media and KOL relationships for brand building and business growth.
Agency and vendor sourcing and management - Marketing budget management and ROI analysis
Work closely with the Marketing Director and Digital Marketing Manager and other departments to understand business needs and help the organization be creative, efficient, and effective around marketing efforts.
Consumer journey enhancement and customer relationship and database management - Industry and competitive research and analysis
Drive brand and campaign storytelling with media and KOL including messaging crafting, media pitching and KOL content collaboration briefing and management.
Lead offline event planning, management, and execution to ensure quality agency deliverables and executions including media and consumer-facing events.
Stay up to date with marketing trends and technologies to ensure the company’s marketing efficiency.
