• Manage and ensure optimal operation of all network hardware, and equipment, including routers, switches, etc
• Manage and ensure the effectiveness of network security solutions
• Test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure the security of the company’s data
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency and internal controls
• Design and implement short- and long-term strategic plans to ensure network capacity meets existing and future requirements
• Research, perform cost-benefit analyses, and recommend network products, services, and standards in support of network infrastructure procurement and development efforts
• Negotiate with vendors and contractors to secure network products and services
• Direct the diagnosis and resolution of network problems

Requirements

• Native Russian Speakers
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in network administration
• network security, network design and implementation
• Experience with LAN/WLAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, routing/switching, LACP, firewalls/routers, failover, etc
• Experience with Fortinet, Cisco, Aruba
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
