Duties:
• Build professional trust towards the client being the client's main contact person.
• Understand the needs and demands of the client.
• Attend Tender/Bid proposal meetings.
• Supervise and control internal project budgets.
• Supervise & control the Project from concept to completion.
• Coordination of Design Managers & Senior Architects.

Salary:
AED 30,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Circa 10 years’ experience with International Consultancies
• Degree in Architecture.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Experience in all phases of design.
• Knowledge of FIDIC and other forms of Contracts
• Excellent communicator
