We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Purchase Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in procurement, particularly within the construction and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) sectors.

Gulf experience is preferred.


Key Responsibilities:


Assist in managing procurement activities through ERP systems.

Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.

Collaborate with project managers and site teams to understand material requirements and timelines.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement needs to avoid shortages or excess stock.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Proven experience in procurement, preferably within the construction and MEP sectors.

Proficiency in ERP systems.

Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Gulf experience is highly preferred.
