Job Summary:

He will help us in developing new product, scaling it up in plant and identifying customers in new markets like SE Asia for these products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand, reflect and practice company's vision and values.
• Support the commercial technical directives for existing product lines and needs for alternate materials and or new product activities in conjunction with business priorities
• Idea generation or picking up ideas towards creation of a new project
• Hold discussions with stake holders to identify specific project to be taken up for development work
• Supervise Pilot trials or Plant batches for new product development.
• Standardize specifications and test methods for Raw Materials and Finished Products
• Provide updates through regular issuance of written and verbal reports, this should include monthly updates
