Responsibilities:

* Perform dent removal using various techniques, including paintless dent repair (PDR) where applicable.

* Repair or replace damaged body panels, including welding, shaping, and filling.

* Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and feathering.

* Ensure all repairs are completed to a high standard, meeting company quality standards and customer expectations.

* Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations.

* Use and maintain workshop equipment effectively and safely.

* Collaborate with other workshop staff, including painters and mechanics, to ensure efficient workflow.

* Keep up-to-date with the latest repair techniques and technologies.

* Accurately record work performed and materials used.

* Adhere to company policies and procedures.
