Senior Sales Account

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and strategically positioning our SMS solutions to meet client needs. As a senior team member, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring junior colleagues and shaping our sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts and prospects for high-potential clients.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members, fostering professional growth and performance.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to position our SMS solutions effectively.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
- Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics and deliver accurate forecasts and reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SMS solutions, telecommunications, or SaaS.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a client-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage complex accounts and multi-stakeholder relationships.
- Experience mentoring or leading sales teams is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
