In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and strategically positioning our SMS solutions to meet client needs. As a senior team member, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring junior colleagues and shaping our sales strategy.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing accounts and prospects for high-potential clients.Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members, fostering professional growth and performance.Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to position our SMS solutions effectively.Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities efficiently.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics and deliver accurate forecasts and reports to management.Qualifications:Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SMS solutions, telecommunications, or SaaS.Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strategic thinker with a client-focused mindset.Ability to manage complex accounts and multi-stakeholder relationships.Experience mentoring or leading sales teams is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Our Working hours extend from Sunday to Thursday from 9am till 5pm, in AlRahmaniyyah, Riyadh, KSA
