� Role: B2B Marketing Coordinator
Location: Doha, Qatar
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Execution
Organize and coordinate local B2B marketing events, workshops, and supplier training sessions.
Manage logistics, vendor coordination, and event follow-ups. - Customer Engagement & Retention
Actively engage with platform users (suppliers and buyers) to gather testimonials, feedback, and insights.
Build and nurture relationships with suppliers for long-term platform loyalty. - Content Creation & Coordination
Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials including brochures, digital banners, social media content, and video snippets.
Assist in writing case studies, newsletters, and email campaigns. - Digital Marketing Support
Work with the operations team to support SEO, email campaigns, LinkedIn and Google Ads.
Monitor analytics and suggest improvements for digital reach and engagement. - Brand Awareness & Field Presence
Act as the brand representative in local expos, networking events, and supplier visits.
Capture on-ground content (photos, videos, testimonials) for marketing use. - Marketing Operations & Reporting
Maintain records of all marketing activities, leads, and follow-ups.
Submit weekly reports on campaign performance and event outcomes. - Collaboration with Sales & Product Teams
Provide market feedback and user insights to the sales and tech teams.
Coordinate joint initiatives with business development and operations.
