� Role: B2B Marketing CoordinatorLocation: Doha, QatarKey Responsibilities:Event Planning & ExecutionOrganize and coordinate local B2B marketing events, workshops, and supplier training sessions.Manage logistics, vendor coordination, and event follow-ups.Customer Engagement & RetentionActively engage with platform users (suppliers and buyers) to gather testimonials, feedback, and insights.Build and nurture relationships with suppliers for long-term platform loyalty.Content Creation & CoordinationCollaborate with the design team to create marketing materials including brochures, digital banners, social media content, and video snippets.Assist in writing case studies, newsletters, and email campaigns.Digital Marketing SupportWork with the operations team to support SEO, email campaigns, LinkedIn and Google Ads.Monitor analytics and suggest improvements for digital reach and engagement.Brand Awareness & Field PresenceAct as the brand representative in local expos, networking events, and supplier visits.Capture on-ground content (photos, videos, testimonials) for marketing use.Marketing Operations & ReportingMaintain records of all marketing activities, leads, and follow-ups.Submit weekly reports on campaign performance and event outcomes.Collaboration with Sales & Product TeamsProvide market feedback and user insights to the sales and tech teams.Coordinate joint initiatives with business development and operations.
