JOB HIRING! Position:

BARISTA Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Coffee and Beverages: Brew coffee, espresso, and other hot or cold beverages to customer specifications.

• Create a variety of espresso-based drinks, such as lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, and more.

• Ensure all beverages are made according to company standards and customer preferences.

• Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries about the menu.

• Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them promptly.

• Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the coffee bar area, equipment, and surrounding areas clean and organized.

• Wash and sanitize coffee cups, mugs, and other utensils.

• Empty and clean coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment at the end of each shift.

• Ensure proper storage of coffee beans and ingredients to maintain quality.

• Coffee Machine Operation and Maintenance: Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.

• Ensure the proper use of all equipment and report any malfunctions to management.

• Regularly clean and maintain equipment as per company standards to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
