JOB HIRING! Position: BARISTA Location: Dubai, UAE Key Responsibilities: Prepare Coffee and Beverages: Brew coffee, espresso, and other hot or cold beverages to customer specifications. Create a variety of espresso-based drinks, such as lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, and more. Ensure all beverages are made according to company standards and customer preferences. Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries about the menu. Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them promptly. Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the coffee bar area, equipment, and surrounding areas clean and organized. Wash and sanitize coffee cups, mugs, and other utensils. Empty and clean coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment at the end of each shift. Ensure proper storage of coffee beans and ingredients to maintain quality. Coffee Machine Operation and Maintenance: Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment. Ensure the proper use of all equipment and report any malfunctions to management. Regularly clean and maintain equipment as per company standards to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

☕ Business Development & Sales • Identify and approach potential clients within the HORECA segment. • Present and promote our product portfolio (Pastry & Gelato). • Negotiate contracts and close profitable deals to achieve monthly sales targets. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery, quality service, and adequate stock availability for clients. � Client Relationship Management • Build long-term partnerships with key customers. • Maintain regular communication and provide outstanding after-sales support. • Ensure daily route plans, conduct market & customer visits, industry events or exhibitions. � Market & Performance • Monitor competitor activities, upselling strategies, seasonal campaigns and market trends. • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
