- Lead a team of at least 8 to 15 staff members, including training, performance evaluations, and motivation to meet business goals.
- Utilize strong retail sales experience to drive sales and meet targets through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management.
- Oversee the POS processes, ensuring accurate transactions, inventory management, and proper record-keeping.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and maintain a positive working environment that fosters teamwork, growth, and excellent customer service.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the products and services offered, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
