  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Collaborates with various departments to determine their scope and vision.
  • Identify and establish scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
  • Work closely with stakeholders e.g., client(s), managerial staff, and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
  • Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leverage these processes.
  • Drive awareness of requirements across departments and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.
  • Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to the project team.
  • Perform requirement analysis by evaluating business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and recommend revised business processes develop.
  • Develop and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.
  • Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
  • Communicate changes, enhancement, and modifications of business requirements to team members working in design, production, projects and other departments so that issues and solutions are understood.
  • Perform any other work assigned by the immediate supervisor.
