- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
- Communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Collaborates with various departments to determine their scope and vision.
- Identify and establish scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
- Work closely with stakeholders e.g., client(s), managerial staff, and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
- Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leverage these processes.
- Drive awareness of requirements across departments and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.
- Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to the project team.
- Perform requirement analysis by evaluating business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and recommend revised business processes develop.
- Develop and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.
- Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
- Communicate changes, enhancement, and modifications of business requirements to team members working in design, production, projects and other departments so that issues and solutions are understood.
- Perform any other work assigned by the immediate supervisor.
