Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leverage these processes.
Drive awareness of requirements across departments and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.
Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to the project team.
Perform requirement analysis by evaluating business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and recommend revised business processes develop.
Develop and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.
Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
Communicate changes, enhancement, and modifications of business requirements to team members working in design, production, projects and other departments so that issues and solutions are understood.
