Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.Communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Pursuing enquiries and tenders and review all the Contractual/ Project DocumentsPreparation of budgets, RFPs, review of proposals, project cost monitoring and progress reports and claims management for the projects Handle pre-qualification and consultants’ procurement for design and supervision. Attending pre-tender meetings with Consultants clarifying technical / commercial issues. Obtaining prices from Sub-contractors / Vendors from local and international sources. To actively involve oneself in contract bidding and tendering process To receive requests, obtains estimates, updates records, initiates paperwork and follow up on request for approval of work not previously covered in the contract; processes and obtains approval of contract changes from the clients. Preparation of estimation, technical offers, commercial offers, completion schedules including workload allocation etc and submitting the same to the clients.
