Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including laptops, monitors, and workstations.
Troubleshoot and repair hardware components (desktops, laptops, printers) and software applications, ensuring compatibility, stability, and efficiency. Manage updates, patches, and system upgrades for both hardware and software.
Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly.
Ensure high levels of end-user satisfaction (target ?95%) by delivering responsive, customer-focused support and maintaining effective communication throughout issue resolution.
Maintain and regularly update IT inventory records, software licenses, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
Manage and deliver IT projects aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.
Conduct regular system audits to verify performance, reliability, and security compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to assess IT needs and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry best practices, and regulatory standards related to IT infrastructure.
Perform day-to-day IT department tasks and other duties as assigned by the Line Manager, based on operational needs.
