1. Create sales leads on Recruitment & Manpower Outsourcing for different industries.
2. Identify new sales leads and generate business from multinational companies and small medium enterprises to achieve targets.
3. Generating new leads by means of cold calls, door to door marketing, attending exhibitions, and seeking reference from existing clients.
4. Responsible for developing new market initiatives, assessing new markets through market research, and analysing business opportunities.
5.Making sales calls/client visit/attending meetings and presentations
6. Developing a good understanding of the customer needs and the vertical market.
7. Send proposals to the clients, get contracts signed and maintain yearly renewals.
8. Develop solutions to satisfy prospective customer needs.
9. Contributing to grow market share.
10. Generating a strong business/sales pipeline.
11. Ensure service satisfaction of client and candidate and ensuring that business is growing and retaining existing accounts.
12. Follow up on the payments/collection and ensure that they are received on time.
13. Meet targets as per company norms.
