  • To deal with telephone queries and convert new leads to admissions and performs a related task as assigned.
  • Building a relationship of trust and respect with the student's job aspirants
  • Coordinating webinars/seminars and other promotional activities for student registration
  • Effective Counseling of Clients about our Courses
  • Submission of sales reports, bringing improvement in Business Growth Initiative
  • Support Junior level counselors with their targets
  • Work with senior team members and management to identify and manage risks
  • Achieving monthly, Quarterly sales targets for Admissions
  • Attending phone calls from students, and their parents and assisting those to full fill their information needs
  • collect all the necessary documents from the candidates and make them into soft form, and keep all the hard copies in the records as per the office administrative system.
  • keep all the relevant records both in the soft and hard copy mode and should be made available when it is needed.
  • Prepare all the documents and forms for registration and the university formalities.
