Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive sales in our landscaping division, specializing in hotels, resorts, and new commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, resorts, and commercial/residential developments.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored landscaping solutions.
• Conducting presentations for landscape / lead consultants and also getting the company listed with developers in order to ensure continuous inflow of inquiries.

Sales Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target new projects and expand existing accounts.
• Identify market trends and potential growth opportunities.

Project Coordination:

• Collaborate with design and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of landscaping projects.
• Prepare and present proposals, including detailed designs and pricing.

Market Research:

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
• Close coordination with marketing team, actively participating in related activities such running campaigns on various social media platforms.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and its services.

Sales Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress.
• Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market insights.

Customer Support:

• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to services or products.
• Follow up on completed projects to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
