Job Title: Business Development Intern

Location: Riyadh/Dubai

Middle East (Remote and Part-Time, 16hrs/week)

What You’ll do:

• Identify and approach potential clients in the Middle East to expand our

business network.

• Develop and implement business development strategies tailored to the Middle

Eastern market.

• Create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Network in the Middle East region.

• Understanding of Human Resources is needed and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and

Inclusion) principles is a plus.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and

maintain relationships.

Reporting

• You will report to Alok Kohli, the strategy Director of Marching Sheep.
• We work in a collaborative Matrix structure, you will on many occasions
jointly work with other consultants, have regular interactions with Marketing,
Operation and strategy leads.

Compensation:

• Variable salary, based on performance and achievement.
• To be discussed based on the experience.
