Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase company revenue.
Identify and target potential clients for professional services and recruitment leads.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Actively seek new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base.
Achieve and exceed sales targets to earn competitive commissions.
Provide clients with exceptional customer service and support.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client needs are met.
Keep up to date with industry trends and market conditions.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
Strong database of potential clients in the UAE.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Energetic, passionate, and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary of 6,000 to 8,000 AED per month.
