Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Business Development Manager managing sales teams, formulating growth strategies, and establishing strong client relationships within the interior design and fit-out sector. This role will focus on expanding our market presence, leading the sales process, and nurturing a high-performing team to achieve ambitious revenue targets with a proven track record of achieving consistent revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the business development and sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and implement strategic plans, sales initiatives, and expansion strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, establish relationships with key stakeholders, and foster strategic partnerships.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation, ensuring seamless project handover to the operations team.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and market penetration.
• Collaborate with senior management to set KPIs, forecast sales projections, and present regular performance reports.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully driving sales in the interior design and fit-out industry, with experience achieving revenue targets.
• Extensive experience in leading and managing high-performing sales teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
• Strong network and relationships within the market, with a deep understanding of industry trends and client needs.
