Job Purpose
This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving
growth in our staing services, both white and blue collars. To foster relationships and enhancing the
company’s market presence particularly within the staffing and recruitment sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and emerging trends in
the staing industry.
• Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads through
networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,
understanding their staing needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our
staing services and value proposition.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment and operations, to
ensure client satisfaction and successful placement of candidates.
• Performance Metrics: Track and analyse sales metrics to assess performance and identify
areas for improvement.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to secure profitable
contracts.
• Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best
practices in staffing and recruitment.
