Job Title: Business Development Manager
Reporting To: Director of New Business
We are currently seeking a skilled professional who can make a substantial impact to our organization, the individual should have a blended skillset to generate new business, through client engagement and pursing sales opportunities.
You should have a proven track record with identifying and developing new business channels across a range of business sectors either through market research, engagement through existing customer relationships, new associations, software partners, tradeshows and events.
You can actively contribute to building the business pipeline; create an experience that attracts and fosters client relationships that are retained.
Build deep relationships across a diverse network and use a flexible influencing style to gain buy-in and drive impact.
You can comprehend client needs and delivers tailored responses to cement relationships. Instigate and pursue discussion with C-Level personnel and provide client consultations about Organization products or services and execute client presentations primarily focused on Information Technology Enablement and Solutions.
You can portray a realistic business pipeline for Company management with an accurate forecasting of, and achievement of the bookings plan for products and services in new accounts.
Align with Organizational delivery teams to leverage follow-on business from one delivery mission/project to another.

Key Responsibilities -
• Able to build relationships with existing and new customers.
• Liaise with organization’s Technology Director to understand our product portfolio and be able to convey to clients
• Motivate client discussions through new demand and actual problem cases
• Able to broker actual lead generation with follow up meeting including Technology Director to secure opportunities
• Energize lead as required to keep relationships active
• Able to inform Organization’s delivery arm on protentional deals for mobilization
• Able to lead negotiating commercial agreements with clear scope definition for the opportunity
• Transition commercial agreements and new scope to organization’s Programme Director for project engagement
• Able to work with Organization’s Programme Director to address any relationship issues or concerns during delivery execution
• Able to keep customers satisfied and engaged throughout the delivery journey
• Liaise with Organization Media Director to understand opportunities and promote our brand.
• Maintaining all lead and customer engagement information in Organization’s Customer Relationship Management system.
