About the Role:
We are looking for a high-impact Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth across key product verticals at Lightwave. This role is ideal for a commercially sharp, relationship-driven professional who understands OEM business models, channel sales, and emerging markets.
The BDM will own business expansion, partner development, and revenue growth within assigned product segments and geographies, working closely with internal teams to build a strong and sustainable market presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and grow OEM and channel business for the given category of products.
Identify distributors, system integrators, and large B2B opportunities across Africa & GCC.
Build relationships with large retail chains, distributors, and regional partners.
Develop key accounts in IT infrastructure, contracting, and commercial projects.
Drive institutional, enterprise, and project-based sales (banks, telecom, data centers, SMEs).
Work closely with technical and supply teams to ensure right product positioning and pricing.
Own end-to-end business development for assigned product segment(s) and regions.
Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, dealers, and key channel partners.
Achieve revenue, margin, and market expansion targets.
Develop go-to-market strategies aligned with company growth plans.
Conduct regular market visits and partner meetings across assigned territories.
Track competition, pricing trends, and customer feedback to refine strategy.
Work closely with sales operations, supply chain, and finance teams.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and management updates.
