· Prepare business development plan
· Consistently perform market research and identify new business opportunities.

· Acquire and qualify search mandates from new and existing clients.
· Manage the mandate execution process from creating the search strategy, candidate mapping list (long and short), candidate interactions and assessments, candidate introductions to clients, managing the interview process, managing negotiations on behalf of client and candidate, facilitating offer close, supporting in candidate joining, etc.
