We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager (B2B) to join our recruitment team in the UAE. This is a field-based sales role responsible for acquiring new clients, developing strong business relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering customized recruitment solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients through field sales, cold calling, networking, and referrals
Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand client hiring requirements
Promote and sell recruitment and staffing solutions tailored to client needs
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close contracts
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and performance reviews
Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, reports, and forecasts
Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
Proven experience in Business Development or B2B Sales
Strong field sales experience with a successful closing track record
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Strong relationship management and client engagement skills
Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the UAE
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: AED 5,000 per month
Commission: Uncapped (average annual earnings up to AED 60,000)
