Job Description

Job Summary

We are actively seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to join and become part of our business development team in oil & gas, Sustainable Energy industry. In the Business Development Support position, you will be an essential contributor by offering administrative assistance to the business development team. The potential candidate will also be making individual contributions toward our shared business development objectives for the organization.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide crucial administrative support to the business development team.
• Manage the communication of the organization with clients and related parties via means like emails, telephones, and websites.
• Take charge of organizing and scheduling meetings with potential clients, partners, and vendors to establish strong relationships and drive successful collaborations.
• Respond to inquiries made by clients about company products and services in a timely and friendly manner
• Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for potential clients.
• Focus on tracking business development activities and proactively following up on action items and deadlines to ensure progress and accountability.
• Assist the Business Development Manager in the preparation of Proposal-Related Documents, commercial proposals, pre-qualification documents, expressions of interest (EOIs), and tender responses    
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and key persons
• Attending networking events, conferences, meetings, and industry events to build relationships and promote the company’s products/services

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related (essential).

Minimum 2 Years of experience in Business Development support role for oil & gas / Sustainable Energy / EPC Industry etc.

• Solid organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Brilliant written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, databases and statistical packages.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English
• Familiarity for oil & gas/ sustainable Energy industry, practices and terminology is preferred.
