Job Description
Job Summary
- Assisting to carry out the development and implementation of HR System / Platform in line with Policies and Procedures.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work with Senior HRIS and assist for the identification and implementation of HR Platforms for the successful delivery of projects based on organisation needs.
- Design HR dashboards for management update, prepare monthly MIS reports
- Updating of Master data in the HR platform and other systems
- Utilisation of HR platform standard functionalities across all modules
- Ensuring that 100% testing of the system is conducted i.e. integration testing and user acceptance testing
- Coordination and resolution of system issues with system users
- Collaborate with IT department for system integrations and upgrades
- Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, including user manuals and process guides
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HRIS users
- Assist in the configuration and customisation of HRIS modules
- Participate in HRIS vendor management and liaison activities
- Support HR analytics initiatives by extracting and analysing data from HRIS
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations in HRIS operations
Qualifications
Experience
- 5 – 8 years of experience in HR, of which 4+ years in HRIS
