Organize Meetings & Workshops - Organize workshops with Sector Owners and Smart Solution Providers to explain the benefits of the TASMU Platform, ensuring a clear understanding of its capabilities and advantages.
Value proposition development - Develop and present TASMU Platform value propositions for smart solutions tailored to meet the specific requirements of Sector Owners, showcasing how the platform can address their needs effectively.
Support the tendering process - Support the entire tendering process including the distribution of RFPs, collection of responses and review for smart solutions.
Facilities Engagement Sessions - Facilitate engagement sessions with Sector Owners and Smart Solution Providers to discuss issues and opportunities related to the TASMU Platform and use these sessions to develop strategies for platform adoption and utilization.
Develop Platform Services Adoption Strategies - Collaborate with MCIT departments to create and implement strategies that promote the adoption of the TASMU Platform across various sectors.
Account Management - Lead project teams to ensure successful delivery, managing project plans, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
Proposal Development – Develop solution proposals for TASMU platform engagements.
