This includes securing a constant flow of non-inventory goods and services; we ll need you to ensure all supplies are at the best possible value to the business, on a daily basis. Your high-level mission and key performance indicators: Functioning as part of a close-knit team, you ll assist with driving cost reduction and improved overall services, for greater efficiencies and economies of scale, Assertively advocate the value of smart procurement, to create alignment with and buy-in from your internal stakeholders, Assist with the analysis of spending patterns, to help you identify a range of savings opportunities, Achieving annual cost saving targets for your Fulfillment Center, Ensuring that no Fulfillment Center/Station materials run out of stock, as well as preventing service supply issues. Function-specific responsibilities: Assist with the daily forecast and effective materials management of all non-inventory packaging supplies, Drive effective delivery of the procurement metrics, by leading &/or supporting projects and initiatives; Perform root cause analysis when an issue is discovered. Seek the possible causes, as well as the necessary corrective actions, Support the use of Kaizen methodologies throughout your Fulfillment Center, as well as other methods of continuous project improvement. Key job responsibilities - Work in full compliance with the company Spending and Transaction policy, educating and driving the required, compliant behavior of business stakeholders, - Liaise with suppliers to negotiate and secure value for money on a full range of non-inventory goods and services -Conduct e-sourcing events, and lead negotiations with suppliers. -Build effective stakeholder relationships, ensuring a high service level in terms of quotations, quality compliance and lead times. -Maintaining supplier relationship, working on supplier assessments & development. - Identify savings opportunities and partner with Business Owners to deliver savings through tenders, negotiations and contract renewals. - Assist a variety of internal stakeholders with procure to pay tasks for a variety of internal stakeholders. - Implementation and maintenance of Amazon internal e-catalogues. - Train internal stakeholders on internal Procurement tools and processes. - Utilize multiple applications and systems to deliver accurate metrics. - Work Order and Master Supply Agreement creation and execution. - Perform root cause analysis as needed.
