• Technology Integration: Oversee the implementation and management of CAFM systems and digital solutions to optimize facility management.

• Data Management: Supervise data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify technological needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Vendor Management: Engage with technology vendors to select solutions, manage relationships, and monitor performance against service agreements.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements through digitization and emerging technologies.

• Team Leadership: Provide training and support for staff on CAFM tools, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

• Project Oversight: Manage technology projects from conception to execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
