Job Description: We are currently seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Agent f. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and address their concerns or issues effectively.
- Assist customers in navigating through our services, guiding them on processes, and resolving any technical difficulties they may encounter.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, and systems to deliver accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- Document customer interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and complaints, in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues or escalate them when necessary.
- Strive to achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is highly desirable in Freezone .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work well under pressure.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
