Job Description: We are currently seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Agent f. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and address their concerns or issues effectively.Assist customers in navigating through our services, guiding them on processes, and resolving any technical difficulties they may encounter.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, and systems to deliver accurate and up-to-date information to customers.Document customer interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and complaints, in our CRM system.Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues or escalate them when necessary.Strive to achieve and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs.Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.Requirements:Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is highly desirable in Freezone .Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to handle high call volumes and work well under pressure.Good computer skills and proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.work location is in DOCTo apply, please submit your updated CV and a cover letter highlighting your relevant experience and why you are interested in this role.
